    Hi!
Can you tell me how what I need to do to get plans submitted to have a shed approved?

    Thank you,
    Julie Dorn

Sorry, just seeing this here. Desiree has the forms for the ASC. I’m going to see if we can get a pdf file to be filled out on the website. They still go to Desiree to be uploaded to CINC for the ASC committee to approve.

Let’s Not Revert—CINC’s ASC Application Submission Workflow Is Already Streamlined and Functional for All Saddlebrook Homeowners to Use.

Saddlebrook homeowners already have access to a modern, automated ASC application submission workflow through CINC. This system eliminates the need for a separate PDF form and reduces the burden on Desiree of manually uploading application details to CINC. Instead, homeowners can submit their ASC application requests directly on the CINC website, where ASC members can review, take action, and approve applications—all within the same platform.

This isn’t hypothetical: Saddlebrook Homeowners have successfully used this CINC online ASC submission workflow multiple times. A step-by-step user guide, complete with screenshots, was created over a year ago and shared with Desiree and the previous Board for distribution. It was also uploaded to the ASC page of the prior HOA website. I still have a copy available if anyone needs it.

So why are we reverting? The fact that the current Board hasn’t adequately promoted this streamlined CINC process doesn’t justify scrapping it or assigning Desiree as a manual go-between for every single ASC application. Reintroducing the outdated PDF form method—used for over a decade—only creates redundant work and delays. It forces Desiree to re-enter information that homeowners could already submit directly, securely, and efficiently into CINC themselves. Couldn’t Desiree’s time and years of Property management expertise be used in more valuable ways to support our community than this?

I ask the community and the BOD: What value does this ‘ASC application PDF form’ regression bring to our community—or to Desiree?

We have a working ASC application submission system in CINC, which the community is already paying for. How about we use it?

Stephanie is correct. It can be accomplished through the CINC site directly by going into the account information tab then architecture request and fill it out. The newly appointed ASC committee, however, responds exceptionally fast to all requests. Pretty simple, I forgot/overlooked that process being I’m on the approving end. I do apologize for my oversight.
      Thanks Stephanie!
